Erection of 1 no. dwelling following demolition of existing non-agricultural buildings.

The proposal includes the material change of use of a parcel of land from agricultural to the use as a travelling show persons site, adjacent to an existing travelling show persons site at 4 Fairacres. The agricultural land is also owned by the applicant. The proposed area as part of the change of use, also includes the implementation of new a pea shingle gravel hardstanding to match the existing ground finish of the adjacent plot at 4 Fairacres. No trees or bushes have or will be removed as part of the work. New trees to match the existing species will be implemented along the north edge of the site to ensure the proposal is not visible across the fields from Axes Lane. As amended on 06/01/2020.
