Conversion of existing building previously in use on the ground floor as a bank and separately accessed self-contained flat above, into six flats with 3No studio flats and 1No 1-bedroom flat on the ground floor and with 1No studio and 1No 2-bedroom flat on the first floor.

The proposals relate to all floors of the building currently in office use and are to change the use of those floors to provide 29 new flats comprising 23 one bedroom flats and 6 two-bedroom flats.
