Submission of materials details pursuant to Condition 4 of permission 20/02919/F. Formation of basement below existing rear extension with additional single storey extension at lower level to create a 1 bedroom flat on two levels, including the conversion of the existing rear office which already has planning permission to convert to a studio. Alterations to front ground floor elevation to create independent access to existing first floor flat. Internal alterations to ground floor to remove existing communal corridor.
