T1 Oak- Crown lift to height of 5m back to source, prune lateral branches growing towards house by 2m. Tree is mature specimen and is causing excessive shading. Crown lift will increase light spill. T3 Hornbeam- Remove limb that is damaging fence and growing towards neighbours property. Reduce remaining crown by 2m maintaining natural shape. Limb is growing excessively over neighbours property and causing damage to fence.

Lime tree at rear of house approx 100-125 high to be reduced by approximately 20-30 feet

Submission of Tree Protection Plan details pursuant to Condition 4 of permission 20/01726/HHOLD. The proposal involves the remodelling and extension of the existing house, with new rendered elevations and fenestration throughout. In addition to this, a new side two-storey annex.

T1 Oak- Oak tree is on The Close on lane going towards Gatwick group and is overhanging 50 Thomas Waters Way. Reduce crown by 1.5m leaving natural form. Tree was reduced when property was built and has put on significant regrowth and is now encroaching towards house and dropping debris over play area.

To fell 2 Pine Trees in position along the border with the side road Ringley Avenue. Tree is now too big/tall and therefore the roots have lifted the ground and could also possibly be causing damage to house foundations. Also it is leaning forwards towards the house and noticeably sways during storms and high winds and is likely to snap and cause extensive damage to house. Both trees overshadow the lawn/grass area and so it struggles to grow. Both trees cause extensive pine needles mess and makes property and surrounding footpaths etc unsightly. I am looking to replace trees with lolly pop trees (small trees with round top) along the border in front of the hedging with feature uplighting to bring a smart look.

T1 - Common Oak - early stages of decline - Reduce crown by 2m radially leaving suitable growth - previous reduction points. T2 - Copper Beech - Reduce crown by 2m in height and 1m - 0.5m of lateral growth. T3 - Common Oak - Reduce crown by 2m radially leaving suitable growth - previous reduction points. Reasons - All 3 trees are located in the front garden ( 3 closest to the house out of 5 in front garden) and are absorbing so much potential light into the property. It has been some time since any work has been carried out to them. We are looking to reduce the amount of leaf fall. The works will benefit the aesthetics of the tree itself.

4 x Lawson Cypress and 4 x Thuja Trees - Reduce in height by 2/3 metres; from a current height of 12 metres to a finished height 9 metres. Reason for reducing this line of trees is to allow more light in to the property and maintain the trees at sensible height given the close proximity to the house. Fell 1 x Beech tree as it as multiple bark inclusions and is co dominant and will inevitably fail as each stem grows. Also is causing excessive shading to driveway.

We intend to remove the lower branches of a Beech tree that has started to grow into the house that is located adjacent to it. Planning application was approved for this work back in 2016 but the work wasn't carried out. The work would reduce the canopy of the tree at the very bottom but would be in total much less than 10% of the total canopy.
