Submission of lighting design pursuant to condition 5 of permission 20/02233/F. External works to rear garden, including the erection of an open-sided timber pergola with felt roof finish; formation of a new decked area; installation of timber posts supporting stretched canvas sail to new decked area; construction of new external bottle-bar timber shed.

Retrospective permission requested to remove a wooden extension from the side of an existing wooden shed and erect a new wooden shed alongside the existing shed.

The proposal is for a new garden studio with integrated store / shed. Please refer to attached drawings. The project is currently under construction.

Erection of a pre-fabricated metal apex shed 2.45m x 2.67m in size with a height to apex of 2.02m. This shed will be used to store forestry and woodland management tools and equipment associated with managing the surrounding woodland. A lean-to, open-sided but covered log store will be erected on one side of the shed with dimensions 2.0m x 2.45m and this will be used to store logs harvested from the woodland. The shed will be constructed on a framework of tanalised softwood sleepers, so no permanent foundation / concrete base will be required.

Erection of a garden cabin to the west of the property. Wooden construction of spruce logs with shingle roof. Overall size 5.9m x 5.6m consisting of garden room (4.2m x 3.20m), side shed (1.5m x 3.2m) and veranda (4.2m x 2m)

Submission of ground levels details pursuant to Condition 3 of permission 19/00715/F. Proposed demolition of the existing two storey rear extension and stand alone shed to allow construction of a four storey block of 6 no. 2 bed flats to the rear of 4-10 Church Street with a new access staircase, car parking, refuse and cycle stores in addition to other alterations including improvements to the rear elevation of the existing building.
