T1 Oak- Crown lift to height of 5m back to source, prune lateral branches growing towards house by 2m. Tree is mature specimen and is causing excessive shading. Crown lift will increase light spill. T2 Ash- Crown lift to height of 5m back to source, prune lateral branches growing towards house by 2m. Tree is mature specimen and is causing excessive shading. Crown lift will increase light spill. T3 Hornbeam- Remove limb that is damaging fence and growing towards neighbours property. Reduce remaining crown by 2m maintaining natural shape. Limb is growing excessively over neighbours property and causing damage to fence.

Front Garden. G1 - 6 x Maples. Thin the crown by 20% by removing suppressed/crossing regrowth and reduce the remaining crown by 1.5 metres. The tree group is located at the front of the boundary. The proposed works would not reduce the amenity value of the tree and will allow sustainable tree management in the long term. The works are part of a regular maintenance programme to retain the tree at a suitable size for its location.

The works involve digging a trench to install a root barrier between the protected cedar tree and the property. The location, length and depth of the barrier is described in the arboricultural method statement. The reason for the works is the tree root related subsidence to the property

Fell 2 x trees.

Tree to be removed completely. No replacement required as it would cause further damage in the future. Tree leaning dangerously. Will fall down from the next high winds. Has damaged asphalt and drain in front courtyard. For a carehome with learning disabilities residents, it is important that to follow health and safety requirements.

T1 - Crown lift to west, north west to achieve 4.5m clearance above ground level. Crown lift to east, south east to achieve 5m clearance above ground level. T2 - Remove epicormic growth on trunk between ground level and crown break, 0-7m. Cut back two branches to west at height of 7 & 8.5m by 2.5m of existing branch length, being approx. 7.5m, leaving branches approximately 5m in length.

T1 - Spruce Fell, T2 - Spruce Fell and T3 - Cypress Fell. Extensive re-landscaping of garden to go ahead, and trees will not be part of the new scheme

T1 Lime - LHS of property: To carefully section fell as close to ground level as possible. Please note this tree is within 2 metres of property and has potential for causing subsidence issues, there is historic rendering patch work, which is of concern. T3 Lime - To re-pollard back to previous reduction points.

Ash tree crown reduction by 1/3rd and cut back of overhang to 5 Tudor Close.

2 Scots Pine (G7) to be felled. Both have died and are supported purely by the one remaining Scots Pine covered by TPO G7. Felling is required to remove risk of damage to nearby garden out houses and to avoid damage to remaining Pine Tree.
