Non-Material Amendment to 21/02467/HHOLD : Front bay window sill raised to garage conversion to align with other ground floor front windows, rooflight added to rear extension roof and rear window sill raised to create slot window, double French doors changed to double bi-fold doors to extension and double doors to breakfast room changed to single door with reveals bricked up.

Non material amendment to 02/01086/F : Change of use of garage/store to now be incorperated into the kitchen/dinning area. Change of the existing garage door to a 1200mm wide window to match the window already detailed for the kitchen.

Non material amendment to 21/02713/S73 - Removal of the side dormers and change to rooflights. Chimney height reduction with additional side decoration (recess in brick). Omission of a few windows on the side elevations and small changes to sill heights and height of side doors. Plot 2 garage from triple to double. The flat roof portions of the side extensions have been extended in plan - this doesn't affect the elevations; side flanks with brick finish matching the buildings. As amended on 31/03/2022.
