The new owner of ViVa Griha would like to change the development specification for the perimeter treatment to the south site boundary as illustrated in Drawing 02 and the Planning Statement. Our application proposal involves hard landscape amendments to approved Condition 6 of Planning Application Ref. 20/01762/F as follows; Build new entry gates and piers (Refer to Drawing 116/PL/02) at entrance to dwelling from Hurst Drive.
