Variation of Conditions 1, 5 and 14 of 14/00317/F - Conditions 1, 5 and 14 will need to be changed to reflect the requirement for the site access to remain as existing (ie one vehicular access only) - Condition 1 - Relates to the development being carried out in accordance with the approved plans.
