Proposed works has 3 elements:: 1. Front of house - two storey extension forming a double height entrance hall. 2: Side of house - single story extension forming a utility room and WC. 3: Existing garage - replacement of flat roof with raised pitched roof introducing dormer windows. Part single, part double storey side extension, double storey rear extension, raising the roof to house a first floor and loft conversion with a rear dormer. Variation of Condition 1 of permission 18/00914/HHOLD to allow for changes to windows.

Internal reordering of the existing house at ground level including a new entrance porch and glazing, a loft conversion including a new hip to gable extension, new front and rear dormer windows, new landscaping including erection of garage and new entrance gates.

Hip to gable loft conversion including rear dormer and front rooflights and side extension less than half the width of the house. As amended on 21/01/2021.

Extend the rear dormer/mansard further across the rear of the roof space to create more room internally, with that I would like to change the design to make it look aesthetically better and with it being larger I would need more window space included. I would like to add 1 more Velux window into the front of the roof. The rear dormer/mansard did not stretch far enough across the rear of the house in the previous plan to give enough space on the interior. Only having 1 Velux window on the front of the house did not allow enough light into the loft space from the front

Existing retaining garden walls to perimeter of rear and side to house to be relocated to suit new extension projection. Partial rebuilding of existing chimney to rear of Drawing Room/ Bed 3 to match existing. General refurbishment of stone walls, windows, doors, damp courses, patios, roof insulation and tiling, central heating and electrical upgrading.

Remodel the existing house, including alterations to front, side and rear elevations, extensions to rear ground and first floor levels, the removal of the rear chimney and widening of rear facing dormer window. Variation of Condition 1 of permission 19/01479/HHOLD. Submission of new plans as the owner wishes to move the back wall of the approved scheme out into the garden by 700mm and the introduction of 2 side windows.

Proposed works fall under 5 sections. 1. Side extension; Existing detached garage to be demolished and new attached garage to be built with gym space behind. The new side extension to run the whole length of the house with a new pitched and flat roof above. The materials to match existing materials used. 2. A new rear extension to extend 3m past the existing rear wall. The internal floor to be stepped down to minimize the height of the new extension. The new rear extension to be clad in red cedar with flat green roof and 2 flat roof lights. 3. Hip to gable roof extension to create additional floorspace for the new first floor. 4 new velux windows to the front elevation. 4. New dormer to rear of roof. To be clad in red cedar to match ground floor extension. 5. Annex to the north of the garden to be clad in red cedar. As amended on 18/01/2021.

Existing roof to be extended to cover entire surface of house. Existing dormer to be removed and new dormer to be installed. Existing first floor to be extended to meet with new roof and new window to be installed, style to match with existing. Existing garage door to be removed and replaced with new window to match with existing. Replace all existing clay red tiles on house roof and rear ground floor extension roof. New tiles to be dark grey slates in fibre cement or similar approved. As amended on 15/12/2020.
