Erection of a single storey outbuilding (shed) to the rear of no.135 Banstead High Street.

Erection of rear barn and two sheds. Sheds to store farm machinery, goats and other livestock. Barn to store hay and feed. Also upgrade of existing track required and new partial new track to serve proposed barn.

Retrospective- Erection of a 4mx2.5m insulated home office in my yard, with a storage area to the side. Replacing existing shed, and providing space for my Sons and I to work from home, particularly during the current Pandemic.

The erection of a log cabin at the end of the back garden, to replace a shed.

Erection of a pre-fabricated metal apex shed 2.45m x 2.67m in size with a height to apex of 2.02m. This shed will be used to store forestry and woodland management tools and equipment associated with managing the surrounding woodland. A lean-to, open-sided but covered log store will be erected on one side of the shed with dimensions 2.0m x 2.45m and this will be used to store logs harvested from the woodland. The shed will be constructed on a framework of tanalised softwood sleepers, so no permanent foundation / concrete base will be required.
