SEE CONDITION 2 Reduce all overextended lateral limbs on the branches that are overhanging the driveway of 2 Garden Farm Close. The branches will only be reduced as far back as the side of the driveway and only overextended limbs will be cut in order to maintain a naturally balanced and well shaped crown. The Pine tree is overhanging the drive of 2 Garden Farm Close. The tree is situated on Long Orchards, Copt Hill Lane, Tadworth, KT20 6HN All work will be compliant with BS3998 standards.

Erection of agricultural storage barn

The proposal seeks to erect 6 detached dwellings and associated parking on the existing previously developed land at Nicola Farm. Varition of Condition 1 of permission 19/00784/F. To allow substitution of drawings to show minor but important improvements to the extant consent and focuses on the rationalisation of the internal layouts to respond to the surroundings views and the best principals of passive design. Variation of condition 4 of permission 21/00459/S73 removal of condition 4.

Reduce the lateral limbs that are overhanging the driveway of 2 Garden Farm Close by 1.5-2m. All work will be compliant with BS3998 standards.
