Updated arboricultural method statement for the retention of previously removed trees and their protection during works, negated the requirement for replacement planting for the discharge of Condition 05. pursuant to condition 5 of permission 23/00743/HHOLD. Proposed dormer roof extensions, front and rear gable windows and alterations to rear parking area including erection of covered timber frame car port.

Part first floor rear extension, single storey side extension with hipped lean to roof, loft conversion and extension including introduction of velux windows to the front and rear and reroofing the remodelled property to a crown design, construction of a basement level to the rear to create additional floorspace with associated groundworks, landscape works to create new patios and deliver new planting and the addition of a new entrance canopy to the front porch. Single storey extensions with extended roof forms above, new dormer and rooflights, new porch and conversion of one garage internally. Associated alterations to fenestration and materials. Introduction of solar panels. Associated internal reconfiguration and external landscaping works.

Submission of tree protection plan details pursuant to condition 4 of permission 21/01021/HHOLD. Construction of part two storey, part single storey side and rear extensions, conversion of garage into gym, new roof to existing front dormer and some fenestration changes. As amended on 16/08/2021.

Submmission of Tree Protection Plan details pursuant to Condition 4 of permission 19/02247/HHOLD. Construction of new first floor above existing garage. New extension to have a pitched roof with velux windows to front and rear. A new steel balcony serving the first floor will be erected to the rear of the existing garage. New balcony to be glass panel fronted.
