Condition Number(s): Condition 2 Conditions(s) Removal: The site has 2 assisted bungalows and as such there needs to be further provision for the parking of an Ambulance. To park the Ambulance within the site or on the main road would create congestion and could block the site whilst the ambulance is active. The revised layout provides a parking bay with turning provision for an ambulance to enter the site in a forward gear, park, reverse and exit site in a forward gear. To indicate that drawing 2020-53-01 Rev A supersedes any drawings with a proposed site plan and should be used as the site plan for the approval site.
