Full: Construction of a new doorway to the rear of the property. Maintenance and general repairs to the external elevations of the property, opening up window openings which had been previously infilled and the change of use of a section of the land to residential garden with associated works to the boundary treatments.

Full: enclosure of existing canopy over the main entrance with a upvc glazed screen incorporating double glazed window units, insulated panels and new double-width entrance doors, with associated works and lighting. Also replacement of the existing boundary treatment on the east side of the site with a new 1.8 metre high steel railing fence in a colour Ral 6005 (moss green) in a style to match the existing fence.
