Full: Demolition of existing barn and construction of a new building and associated works in the same location including the addition of solar panels to the roof. The new building is proposed to be used residential purposes in association with No.2 Carr Head.

Full: Construction of a new doorway to the rear of the property. Maintenance and general repairs to the external elevations of the property, opening up window openings which had been previously infilled and the change of use of a section of the land to residential garden with associated works to the boundary treatments.
