Hazel Mount House Hazel Street Rising Bridge Accrington Lancashire BB5 2SG

The tree species are fir trees. Three of which I wish to have removed. These are indicated as tree number A, B and C on the sketch plan. The proposed work is to fell and remove the trees totally. The reasoning for the work is twofold: 1. The trees have grown so much that they are now encroaching onto the side and roof of the property, to the point that one of the tree's has significantly damaged the guttering, and unless removed will do so again in time. 2. In order to make significant repairs to the outside side of the property including - replacing the guttering, facias boards and re-pointing to stop the incoming damp then we need to erect scaffolding. There is a significant health and safety risk to any scaffolding work if the trees are not removed from the side of the property, this is due to how close they are to the property and the steepness of the gradient. I would be willing to re-plant more fir tree's further away from the property, however would this really be necessary bearing in mind how common fir trees are in the region?
