Delete white external render and add 'chalk White' external render by weber. Cast stone by Ilam Stone in 'Natural' to the two front bay windows (below window cill level), and to the pillars and canopy to the front loggia. Reduce vertical subdivision of ground floor bay windows and windows directly above on front elevation, and reduce vertical subdivision of ground floor and first floor windows to existing house on NW side elevation, from narrow to standard sizes (existing windows have very narrow casements).
