Monolith above decay and leave for habitat value. Tree T2521 (Beech) - Twin stem Beech with wound cavity on East side of North stem. Signs of fungi and sounding mallet suggests hollowing towards included bark union. Monolith above decay point and leave for habitat value.

Application for a non material amendment to planning permission 21/01679/FUL to allow minor changes to size and appearance of car port, also to be moved 500mm further away from property boundary and alternative foundation proposal for car port, supported by additional tree survey report
