Construction of single storey hipped roof wooden double garage. Replacement of the existing roof, fascias and guttering. Alterations to the porch. Replacement of existing windows. Changes to window opening sizes and locations on the rear and side elevations. New wood cladding to parts of the existing property and to the new extensions.
