Single storey lean-to extension to the side of the house, conversion of one of the bays of the existing carport into a gym, replacement of modern windows (original sash windows to remain unaltered), some minor internal alterations to the modern wing to the rear, replace the glazed roof to the existing conservatory with a solid roof to reduce solar gain, and introduction of rooflights at high level to the existing stairwell.
