Replace grey guttering with cast iron half round gutter in black). Breathable TLX bat felt used on the front elevation under collyweston tiles. BS747 felt used on existing roof to rear, with all mitigation on the rear elevation. Approved under National England License 2021-54405-EPS-MIT-1.

Work on the Yew tree (T1) - Trimming the branches at the bottom of the crown on the garden side in places where they hang lower, by 0.65m in two places, in one place by 0.50m, and by 0.60m in one place which overlaps the corner of the house and affects the roof and gutter.
