Discharge of condition 5 (landscaping) in relation top 2022/1306/FUL - Replace existing single glazed leaded windows to front with lead double glazed. Replace existing timber garage door, bike shed & side garage door. Additional door to be included to existing bike storage. Various Internal works to utility area to form new open-plan space. Proposed positioning of 2 no. air source heat pumps and ground mounted solar panels. Minor works to existing external steps to garden. New patio area to be laid.

Landscaping of rear garden. Works to include a vegetable area with raised planters, wooden arches, an arbour seating structure, picket fencing to enclose, wooden pergola, bark area to install a wooden climbing frame with a slide, swing and den, planting borders and shed.

Alterations to approved schemes 2014/0822/FUL and 2019/0534/FUL and resubmission of 2020/1122/FUL for Office, Showroom, 2 no. Machine Sheds, Stone Masterpiece and landscaping works to bund.

Section 73 variation of condition 2 in relation to Reference Number: 2021/1458/MAF (Erection of 60 leisure lodges for occupation on a non-continuous basis, renovation and conversion of existing barns to form a leisure suite including gym, swimming pool and ancillary spaces including staff accommodation, renovation and alteration of the existing Clubhouse, erection of a new maintenance facility, alterations to the grounds including changes to the golf course and construction of lakes for leisure and ecological purposes, and ancillary works including alterations to the access drive, provision of a visitor check-in kiosk, alterations to car parking, creation of a circular walk, alteration and extension of the noise bund, and consequential landscape works); Changes to consist of revision to design & layouts of proposed lodges; resiting of lodges around the site; relocation of maintenance shed; revisions of proposed landscaping & removal of northern lake.

Proposed rear extension to replace existing conservatory and landscaping works, new potting shed in rear garden and works to existing barn to convert to a garage with WC and workshop.
