Discharge of Condition 2 in relation to 2020/0445/LBA - lists the colour finishes for the bridge, parapet system, hand rail and surfacing. It is still proposed to amend colour layout to use Carnival Red (BS 48000 04 E 56) and off-white, but as follows: (i) Parapet frame Carnival red (ii) Parapet railings off-white (iii) External facing solid panel off-white / Internal facing solid panel Carnival Red (iv) Dark blue handrail to be DDA compliant and meet DfT standards (v) All remaining, existing steelwork to be painted Carnival Red (vi) Deck surface finished in standard anti-slip surface
