G1, group of Sycamore trees that over hang in the rear garden to be reduced back by 2m so its not so encroaching on the garden and house.

T1 - 1 no. Copper beech - raise canopy all the way round to 4.5 metres. Reduce the whole crown by 2.5 metres bringing the tree down to 35ft in height and shape it. Thin the canopy through by 20%. Remove all deadwood and compromised branches.

Walnut (T1) - Reduce crown overhanging drive by up to 2m back to appropriate growth points. Remove any rubbing/crossing branches, epicormic growth from within crown and dead wood. Walnut (T2) - 20% crown thinning, removal of top running branches where possible, removal of dead and/or crossing branches and epicormic growth within the crown. Reduce branches next to 1 Barmstedt Close and neighbouring property at 3 Barmstedt Drive by 1.5 - 2 metres by cutting back to appropriate healthy growth points to create a 2 metre clearance with the gable end belonging to 1 Barmstedt Close and prevent the encroachment of the tree over land belonging to 3 Barmstedt Drive.

Fell 1 no. Ash (T1). No works to T2.

(T1) 1 no. Silver Birch - Crown reduction by 2 metres

(T1) 1 no. Copper beech (Fagus sylvatica purpurea) - Reduce the whole canopy by 2.5 metres to reduce the tree in size. Remove all deadwood and damaged branches. Thin the canopy through by 20% to open it up. Raise the crown to 5.5 metres over the road and balance it all the way round the tree and lift it up over the neighbours driveway.

(T1) 1 no. Copper Beech - Remove to 5m high stump to be retained for habitat creation and carbon sequestration.
