Fell 1 No. Dead Pine (blue circle) on western boundary. Reduce by 1.5m 1 no. Ash tree (yellow cirle) on western boundary. Sycamore (Red circle): Retrench tree to its lower crown height reducing by approximately 7m in height. Remove southern (roadside) limb. Fell 1 No. Dead Pine tree (white circle) on Western boundary.

2 no. Horse Chestnut trees in rear Garden. (T1) The large tree on the Western boundary - raise crown to approximately 6 metres above ground level. (T2) Smaller tree on Eastern boundary - crown raise to approximately 6 metres above ground level.

Remove 4 or 5 lower branches of Sycamore tree (T1) encroaching over boundary either back to the boundary, or (preferably) back to the source of the branch and to a suitable target pruning site.

In addition to works already approved under application ref: 2021/0897/PTA (T1- Ash - Remove stem over compound). The overhanging limbs in G1, over the access to the compound are to be cut back to the boundary fence, up to a height of 6 metres, to allow better vehicular access.

Remove low 4 horizontal eastern limbs and 3 western limbs of Sycamore tree (T1). Remove 1 low branch of Sycamore tree (T2) protruding into garden. Reduce spread of Weeping Willow tree (T3) hanging over neighbour's garden back to boundary.

(T2) 1 no. Lime Tree - Trim back branches overhanging neighbouring property 9 Greenfield Road back to the boundary.

(T1) 1 no. Lime Tree - Trim back branches overhanging neighbouring property 9 Greenfield Road back to the boundary.

T1 and T2 chestnut, to be reduced back to the boundary line in accordance to bs3998.

Trim back branches of 1 no. horse chestnut tree that overhangs boundary of 4 Ryefield, Oakham back to boundary line, up to 2 metres in length. Reduction in hazard from falling conkers.

T1 - 1 no. Ash tree to be crown reduced by 3 meters, the lowest 2 no. limbs to be removed (over the footpath). T2,3,4,5,6 - 5 no. Lime trees, to be crown reduced by 3-4 meters. (All the lime trees on the front boundary line).
