Remove 4 large low branches of 1 no. Oak tree (T1) to north, reduce easterly spread over garage (east) by up to 3m. Remove 1 no. dead tree next to shed to just above ground level (T2). Remove 2 no. Cypress trees near house to just above ground level (T3 & T4). Remove 1 no. dead tree (T5) near Wellingtonia to just above ground level. Remove 1 no. dead tree (T6) by pit lane to just above ground level.

Reduce 1 no. Spruce tree (T1) by 2m and remove lowest whorl of branches. Raise crown of 1 no. Cherry tree (T2) by driveway to 4m and reduce spread on drive-side by 2m. Reduce height and spread of 1 no. Purple-leafed Plum (T3) by garage by 1.5-2m.

Reduce 1 no. Holly Tree by 6 metres back to previous pollard points. Raise canopy on 1 no. Oak Tree as the lower branches are fouling the roof of the garage.

G1 row of Conifers felled to ground level as they are no longer aesthetically pleasing for their location T1, T2 and T3 Cotoneasters reduced down to the roof line of neighbouring garage to approx. 5 metres in height as trees have gotten quite leggy and overgrown for their position.

Willow. Less than 3m from garage undermining foundations also causing excessive shading . Fell . Garden is surrounded by many mature trees causing lack of light in the garden

(T1) to (T5) - 5 no. beech trees - To be fully crown reduced by 2-3 meters. Also to be reduced from the house by 2-3 meters. (T4) of the beech trees to have a 4-5 meter reduction on the N/W facing limb, there's a large amount of inclusion with a high target. (T5) of the beech trees to also have large over extended limb reduced be 3-4m. (It's the limb that extends over the garden facing west). (T6) 1 no. Beech to be fully crown reduced by 2-3 meters. (T7) 1 no. beech tree to be removed to ground level, due to bad form and suppressing neighbouring trees, high target with gas tank, and the tree seems to have low amenity value. (T8)-T9) 2 no. beech trees to be reduced by 2-3 meters. These trees are at the left hand side to the garage and on the boundary line. (T10) 1 no. Goat willow to be re pollard at old points approximately 3-4 m.

Reduce spread of 5 Yew trees ( T1, T2, T3, T4, and T5) overhanging neighbour's garage by 1-1.5m. Remove Horse Chestnut tree (T6) to just above ground level (behind where cars are parked). Remove Sycamore tree (T7) to just above ground level (rearmost of 2 trees very close together). Raise crown of Yew tree (T8) to 3.5m and thin crown by 20% (up drive on way to main entrance on RHS).
