Reduce 1 no. Holly Tree by 6 metres back to previous pollard points. Raise canopy on 1 no. Oak Tree as the lower branches are fouling the roof of the garage.

G1 row of Conifers felled to ground level as they are no longer aesthetically pleasing for their location T1, T2 and T3 Cotoneasters reduced down to the roof line of neighbouring garage to approx. 5 metres in height as trees have gotten quite leggy and overgrown for their position.

T1 - Horse Chestnut: Fell because Roots are undermining garage foundations - no replacement tree to be planted due to existing trees proximity to Garage foundations; T2 - on western boundary : Pollard due to excessive shading; T3 -on southern boundary: remove top part of tree down to level of adjoining roof line due to excessive shading; T4 - on southern boundary: remove top part of tree to two metres above fence due to excessive shading; T5 -on southern boundary: remove top part of tree to two metres above fence due to excessive shading.

Large fir tree (Photo Fir) - fell. Area will be re planned with an apple tree Twisted Willow - Twisted Willow - Overall crown reduction in order to reduce height to 6 metres to include reducing canopy on South side by 2-3 metres. Crown lift of 0.5-1m above garage roof. Remove 2 lateral branches overhanging garage and other buildings and reduce 1 metre from other sides to give a balanced shape. Fig Tree - Crown reduction of 2m. Removal of imbalance by 2-3m of horizontal growth on North Side. Cut back overhang of 1m to 2m on neighbouring buildings on East side and remove 1 lateral branch on the south side overhanging building. Cut back 1 metre to clear building on south and west sides.
