1 no. Walnut tree - lift branches overhanging/touching the roof of an outhouse building between 1-2 metres.

Reduce 1 no. Holly Tree by 6 metres back to previous pollard points. Raise canopy on 1 no. Oak Tree as the lower branches are fouling the roof of the garage.

Re-pollard 2 Lombardy Poplar trees (T1 and T2) at 5m. Reduce spread of Ash (T3) over building roof by 3m and remove lowest secondary branch.

Work on the Yew tree (T1) - Trimming the branches at the bottom of the crown on the garden side in places where they hang lower, by 0.65m in two places, in one place by 0.50m, and by 0.60m in one place which overlaps the corner of the house and affects the roof and gutter. On the roadside - prune the canopy between 0.20m and 1.6m, to even out the canopy overall.

G1 - Group of mainly self-set cherry trees, the larger trees at the back are very close to the neighbouring property and touching the roof - Clear/Fell (Acer on the boundary to be kept). T1 - 1 no. Fig tree - pollard/reduce to 1-2 meters (works needed to gain access).

G1 row of Conifers felled to ground level as they are no longer aesthetically pleasing for their location T1, T2 and T3 Cotoneasters reduced down to the roof line of neighbouring garage to approx. 5 metres in height as trees have gotten quite leggy and overgrown for their position.

T1 - Horse Chestnut: Fell because Roots are undermining garage foundations - no replacement tree to be planted due to existing trees proximity to Garage foundations; T2 - on western boundary : Pollard due to excessive shading; T3 -on southern boundary: remove top part of tree down to level of adjoining roof line due to excessive shading; T4 - on southern boundary: remove top part of tree to two metres above fence due to excessive shading; T5 -on southern boundary: remove top part of tree to two metres above fence due to excessive shading.

Raise crown of Silver Birch (T1) to 5m. Raise crown of Wild Cherry (T2) to 5m and remove branch over house. Raise Oak (T3) over house to give 1-1.5m to roof and remove significant deadwood

Reduce 3 no. Silver birch trees (T1, T2 and T3) by 5m and remove 2 lowest limbs on southerly tree. Reduce spread of 1 no. Holm Oak (T4) to give 2m clearance to next door roof. Remove 2 no. small trees (T5 and T6) (Cherry and Cherry-Plum) to just above ground level (behind Purple Philbert).

Fell and removal of 3 no. leylandii trees on the driveway. The trees are growing into the driveway and making access difficult. In addition the trees are now growing into the thatch of Top House Cottage damaging the thatch roof.
