Reduce spread of Field Maple (T1) nearest house by 2m and raise crown over path to 3m. Raise crown of Sycamore tree (T2) to 4m. Raise crown of Cherry tree (T3) to 3m over the path. Raise crowns of 3 Sycamore trees (T4-T6) pollards to 2.5m.

Reduce 2 branches of southerly Ash tree (T1), overhanging neighbours house by 3m. Reduce spread of northerly Ash tree (T2) by 2m over neighbour's house.

Remove 4 large low branches of 1 no. Oak tree (T1) to north, reduce easterly spread over garage (east) by up to 3m. Remove 1 no. dead tree next to shed to just above ground level (T2). Remove 2 no. Cypress trees near house to just above ground level (T3 & T4). Remove 1 no. dead tree (T5) near Wellingtonia to just above ground level. Remove 1 no. dead tree (T6) by pit lane to just above ground level.

T1 Yew and G1 Holly trees reduced by no more than 2 metres on the top and no more than 1 metre on the side. T3 Conifer near next door house felled to ground level.

T4 - Remove the leaning stem on the western side of the triple stemmed Alder and reduce crown by 5 meters and shape. T5 - neighboring Chestnut - remove lowest limb over house to main stem to give property clearance.

Reduce 1 no. Sycamore (T1) nearest house to give 1-1.5m clearance from it. Raise 3 no. Sycamore trees (T2, T3 and T4) to 6m to increase light to solar panels.

(T1) 1 no. Beech - Crown reduce by up to 1m in height and 1.5m spread (where previously reduced) to maintain proportions with house and garden.

Remove dead Holly (T1) and poor quality Holly tree (T2) along side of house. Remove half-dead Holly tree (T3) in front of house. Remove dead Hawthorn tree (T4) on west side of driveway. Remove dead Horse Chestnut (T5) on east side of driveway. Remove Apple tree (T6) near to tennis court. Remove Cedar tree (T7) on corner of tennis court. Raise crown of Sycamore (T8) in field to ~5m.

For the purpose of good garden maintenance: T1 - Hazel coppice - Thin out, remove stems closest to the wall and overhanging Bull Lane. T2 - Eleagnus/laurel hedge north of the hazel - Reduce height by approximately 2ft. T3 - Acer Dromundii south of the garden - Remove reversion and crown lift where over the footpath. T4 - English Yew west of the house - Raise the canopy and reduce away from the adjacent horse chestnut. T5 - Horse chestnut west of the yew - Raise the crown. T6 - ailing Box Elder north of the yew - Remove to ground level. T7 - Ash, northwest of the garden - Remove major deadwood and raise the crown to 2.5m above ground level. T8 - Elder and cotoneaster adjacent to the ash - Reduce in height by approximately 3ft. T9 - Remove 2 dead stubs and tip back by up to 1.5m in spread selected branches where over the subject garden (south east)

Work on the Yew tree (T1) - Trimming the branches at the bottom of the crown on the garden side in places where they hang lower, by 0.65m in two places, in one place by 0.50m, and by 0.60m in one place which overlaps the corner of the house and affects the roof and gutter. On the roadside - prune the canopy between 0.20m and 1.6m, to even out the canopy overall.
