Construction of a single storey rear extension to a detached house. Including internal alterations at ground floor to insert a set of french doors and sidelights and to the first floor to form Ensuite, with revised external window.

1) Replacement of x1 window to rear elevation with a window of similar construction and materials and of the same width, but of 150mm greater height. 2) Replacement of x1 window to side elevation with French doors of similar construction and materials and of the same width as the existing window. 3) Replacement of front door.

Construction of porch and detached garage with home office in roof space. Change window to rear.
