Certificate of Lawfulness in respect of the residential occupation of the dwelling at Dale Plantation Stud for more than 10 years before the date of this application, in breach of Condition 01 of allowed Appeal decision APP/D2728/A/94/242841/P2 date stamped 19.12.1994 that states "the house, private garage, dutch barn and 12 loose boxes shall at all times remain within the same functional unit and the occupation of the dwelling shall be limited to a person solely or mainly employed in the equestrian business occupying these buildings or a dependent or dependents of such person residing with him or her"
