Erection of 2no. temporary single storey classroom units (165m2 each) with associated works including external ramp, steps and landings, 8no wall mounted external lighting units, and temporary hard and soft landscaping. Formation of 22no. temporary car parking spaces with associated external works including timber knee rail fence to be placed on site for 3 years.

Construction of an artificial grass pitch (AGP) 7420 Sq. metres), erection of a 4.5 metre high mesh perimeter ball stop fencing, eight 15 metre high lighting columns, 2 metre high and 1.2 metre high mesh perimeter barrier fencing, 3 metre wide entrance gates, creation of hardstanding area and footpath (938 external sq. metres), erection of a steel maintenance equipment storage container (15 sq. metres) and hard and soft landscaping works.
