Prune back to suitable growing points branches overhanging 16 Weylands Grove by removing branches not exceeding 40mm G1 (2 x Holly and 3 x Privet). Crown lift to 5m one dawn redwood (T1). Reduce to leave a 1.5m clearance from the property and reduce to leave a height of 7m one cypress (C1). Prune back over boundary fence to provide a 1m away from the actual fence footpaths and retaining walls and pruning to a maximum height of 6 metres holly, privet, and lime within group (G2). Reduce back to the boundary fence line (north side only) two birch (T2 and T3) and one holly (T4).
