Proposed demolition of existing forecourt building and construction of new single storey building with roller shutters, ATM, 1 No. car wash, 2 No. jet wash bays, 4 No. electric vehicle charging points, bin store/plant area compound, plant room, substation/LV panel room with compound fencing, tank vents, covered cycle shelter, forecourt alterations and landscaping.

Proposed paladin mesh fencing with timber infills to site boundary, infill to front boundary wall, 1 No. sliding gates, 2 No. double gates, 5 No. pedestrian gates, new pedestrian access to front with ramp, handrails and retaining wall and pedestrian access to rear with ramp, handrails and fencing, 1 No. pergola with seating area to rear, car park alterations and landscaping.

Proposed external refurbishment and environmental works to high rise block of flats and neighbouring low rise blocks, including insulated cladding, replacement windows/doors, enclosed balconies, pitched roofs, demolition of existing workshop/furniture store and creation of 3 No. new flats at ground floor of Darley House with new entrance porch, roller shutters to bin stores (Darley, Alston and Radnall Houses), replacement of existing balustrading/handrail (Birchley and Century Houses), and alterations to parking layout, access and landscaping. Proposed detached plant room and multi-use games area with fencing/cages, installation of district heating system to serve whole estate.
