Proposed change of use of ground floor and part first floor from restaurant to 7 No. self-contained apartments, demolition of existing outbuilding, fenestration alterations to side/rear and covered cycle store.

Proposed variation of condition 1 of planning permission DC/19/63734 (proposed demolition of existing building and proposed development of a four-storey building comprising 12 no. residential units with a commercial unit at ground floor for Class E uses), to increase building height, new solar panels and parapet at roof level, revised ground floor layout to include under-croft parking, revised layout of apartments and elevational design alterations.
