Proposed variation of condition 1 of Planning Permission DC/19/63546 (Proposed 2 no. 4 bed and 4 no. 3 bed properties with associated car parking) to amend house type plots 1 and 2 to include single storey rear extension, amend plots 4 & 5 from semi detached to detached properties with addition of front bay windows and new bay window to Plot 3 and the revision of all internal layouts.
