Change of use of the former nursing home (C2) to 4 self contained flats (C3), erection of a two storey extension to the rear, alterations to all elevations, removal of the existing fire escape staircase to the side and existing link foundations, a new vehicle access onto Trafalgar Road, car parking to the front area and associated landscape works.

Change of use from 91 flats (Use Class C3) to a 90 unit extra care facility (Use Class C2) including the erection of two single storey extensions to the ground floor and the erection of two further floors (taking the total from 16 to 18), an external lift shaft to all floors, recladding of the tower, replacement of balconies with windows, extended roof cladding feature, alterations to external amenity spaces including landscaping, parking, boundary treatments and new access.

Conversion of the existing building from nine self-contained apartments to ten, together with alterations to the elevations, new car parking and landscaping works (alternative to DC/2019/01684).
