Non-material amendment to planning permission DC/2018/01480 granted on 19/08/2018 to remove the parapet brickwork detailing (stack bonded solider coursing) to the household elevation facing Palace Road and the interior elevations of the site, a minor height reduction to the staircase tower due to previous construction- refer to Elevation 6A in particular and the reduction in size of the plant room louvre.

Variation of Condition 2 pursuant to DC/2014/01655 approved 14/12/2015 for a minor material amendment to the approved planning layout (JB/PL01/ATS C) to reflect the construction of a retaining wall to the rear of plots 32-38.

Non-material amendment to planning permission DC/2020/00734 granted on 09/06/2021 to amend the approved drawings as listed to facilitate the inclusion of a new electrical sub-station, revised parking layout as a result of sub-station inclusion.
