Erection of a first floor extension to the side, all existing brickwork to be fully rendered over and painted and the erection of a 2m high boundary wall to the side and rear of the dwellinghouse.

Non-material amendment to planning permission DC/2018/00020 approved 13/08/2019 to allow for the addition of a rear single storey extension to plots 3, 4, 11, 12, 14-17, house type name update to plots 1-24, rear fence position amendment to plots 1-5 and repositioning of the cycle store serving plots 6-9 to the Southern boundary.

Erection of two storey extensions to the both sides and rear, alterations to the roof, rear dormer extension, incorporating a balcony, a living green wall to form part of rear dormer, and alterations to the rear boundary and landscaping of the dwellinghouse (part retrospective).
