Erection of a three storey replacement dwelling and garden room following the demolition of existing house and garage, alterations to boundary wall and extended dropped kerb and access from Victoria Road.

Erection of two storey feature entrance porch, Alterations to the existing materials and additional windows inserted including front, side and rear skylights, A 2-metre boundary fence to the side boundaries and a front boundary wall and fence with sliding gates to a maximum of 2metres.

Erection of single storey extensions to both sides of detached dwelling following demolition of existing extension at side, porch to the front, alterations to front and rear elevation including installation of 2 No. windows to front elevation of the dwellinghouse. Installation of timber gates to existing timber/concrete post boundary fence.

Erection of new front boundary wall with piers and panel infill to front of the dwellinghouse after demolition of existing wall (Alternative to Planning Application reference DC/2020/01028 approved 24/09/2020)
