Variation of condition 3 of 20/03825/FUL (Proposed commercial development comprising four separate buildings of 15,067m2 GEA of flexible light industrial, general industrial, and storage and distribution uses, with ancillary offices, associated car parking, biodiversity mitigation, and landscape planting together with the provision of a new vehicle access; and the reconfiguration of the London Road junction, reconfiguration of the existing access, recladding of the rear of Units 1-5 and provision of new yard to units 1 and 2 of the Gateway Trading Estate) to amend wording regarding commencement.

Amendment to condition 3 (noise levels) of 21/03310/CONVAR related to 21/00580/FUL (Demolition of existing nursery building and erection of Class E Convenience Store) to allow 5 deliveries to the store per day to read: 'The rating noise level from plant, machinery/ equipment assessed at the nearest noise sensitive receptors should be no greater than the typical lowest existing background noise level, as assessed according to BS4142:2014. The approved details set out in the NSL Noise Impact Assessment 89693 shall be implemented prior to occupation of the development and thereafter be permanently retained'

Section 73 application to amend the wording of condition 4 of planning permission SE/19/3123 to exclude all works relating to the construction of the new parking bays. The full provisions of Condition 4 will continue to apply to all of the other proposed development under the consent.

Removal of condition 7 (visibility splays) and variation of condition 9 (works above the damp proof course) of 19/02020/FUL for demolition of existing barn and erection of one 1-bed dwelling house with amendment to the wording ensuring the visibility splays are retained for the life of the development.

Removal of conditions 9 (open storage) and 10 (loading/unloading of vehicles) and variation of conditions 13 (opening hours) and 16 (use as Class B1(c)) of application reference 96/02055 to redevelopment the existing builders yard to provide 2 units for light industrial purposes. With amendment to commercial activity taking place between 7am and 8pm on Mondays to Fridays, 7am to 6pm on Saturdays and 8am to 1pm on Sundays and amendment to use to include Class B1(c), Class B8 (storage and distribution), Class E(d) Indoor sport, recreation or fitness, E(f) Creche, day nursery or day centre, E(g)(i) Offices to carry out any operational or administrative functions, E(g)(ii) Research and development of products or processes; or E(g)(iii) Industrial processes.

Minor material amendment to 21/00082/MMA related to the development of garages to provide 3 no. 2 bedroom houses, 1 no. 3 bedroom house and ancillary car parking.

Variation of conditions 2, 3, 8, 10, 12 and 14 of application Reference 20/01662/FUL Erection of 9 dwellings using existing means of vehicular access with associated car parking and landscaping with amendment to the position of the access road into the development.
