Removal of condition 1 (commencement of the development timeframe) and variation to condition 2 (permitted development rights) of 21/02453/HOUSE to apply the provisions of the development order Schedule 2 Part 1 and only Class A and AA and that are applicable to extensions to dwellinghouse.

Removal of conditions 4 & 5 to enable permitted development rights for dwelling to be restored on SE/86/1635 for the erection of an extension.
