Removal of conditions 9 (open storage) and 10 (loading/unloading of vehicles) and variation of conditions 13 (opening hours) and 16 (use as Class B1(c)) of application reference 96/02055 to redevelopment the existing builders yard to provide 2 units for light industrial purposes. With amendment to commercial activity taking place between 7am and 8pm on Mondays to Fridays, 7am to 6pm on Saturdays and 8am to 1pm on Sundays and amendment to use to include Class B1(c), Class B8 (storage and distribution), Class E(d) Indoor sport, recreation or fitness, E(f) Creche, day nursery or day centre, E(g)(i) Offices to carry out any operational or administrative functions, E(g)(ii) Research and development of products or processes; or E(g)(iii) Industrial processes.

Confirmation that the change of use of the site from agricultural to general industrial (Use Class B2), and storage and distribuition (Use Class B8) now constitutes lawful development.
