Construction of a single storey dwelling with accommodation in roof space with associated parking to side of existing property with alteration to existing garage to facilitate development.

Provision of a new roof to the North and East Wings, new gutter to the existing slated roof to the West Wing; replacement of the existing asphalt finish to the projecting Entrance Porches to the West and East Elevations with new roofing including the provision of new cast stone lintel and column components in lieu of existing brickwork piers to each Entrance Porch. This Application also seeks to regularise the 'As Built' design of the Elevations following the 2008-10 development works, which differs from the Drawings submitted under the original Planning Application granted permission (ref: 07/02079/FUL for SDC / ref:07/02868/FULMJ for TWBC).
