Proposed rear extension not exceeding 4m in depth from the original house, and not exceeding 4m in height. Proposed infilling of second storey balcony more than 2m away from the boundary.

Provision of hard standing for temporary parking, welfare and storage cabins along with boundary fencing and security cameras during construction works on the adjoining neighbouring land at Warren Court Farm.
