In addition to the removal and replacement of the lintel over the Apartment 14 window, replaced with a similar size stress graded D40 timber. The insecure infill masonry above the opening will be made good with class iii lime-based mortar and re-bed bricks. Along with the replacement ceiling joists in Apartment 14.
