Variation of condition 4 and 6 of 14/02950/FUL to: Proposed extension to form boiler house/store. New external door to East elevation, formation of new entrance door (West); rooflights; air conditioning unit to North elevation; external free standing lighting; fencing and trellis; summer house, play equipment and bench; bicycle stand; artificial play surfaces. with amendment to parking bays and approved plans.

Variation of condition 5 (usage) of 18/00039/FUL to Change of Use from Agriculture to Private Equestrian Use with amendment to read: the sand school hereby permitted shall predominantly be used for private use only and shall not be used for any commercial equestrian shows, gymkhana events or hunter trials/cross country events. The use of the facility for visiting riding shall be limited to no more than 5 riders in the arena at any given time and shall not exceed 20 visiting riders per calendar week. The owner shall keep a detailed record of all visitors and this should be readily available for inspection by the Local Planning Authority within 24 hours of a written request.

Variation of condition 2 (chiller operating hours) of 20/03461/FUL with amendment to read: "The proposed chiller and ventilation duct units will not be in operation other than at those times within accordance with the approved working hours of the premises set out within Condition No. 8 of planning permission reference SE/78/1152."
