Alterations to ground floor of two adjoining dwellings to form a hot food takeaway/restaurant (Use Class Sui-Generis), including the erection of two side/rear extensions, a new shop front, level access ramp and an extract flue system. Alterations to roof to form additional living accommodation for the two dwellings remaining at first floor level, including the erection of a rear dormer extension and a rear external stairway to provide access to the dwellings at first floor level
