Alterations and extensions to Plot 2 - increase roof ridge height by approx 1.1m, increase eaves height by approx 1m, revisions to fenestration, and extension of approved rear offshot by additional 1m and increase in ridge height by approx 0.35m (Application under Section 73 to vary condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission no. 20/01930/FUL - Extension of existing dwellinghouse and outbuildings to form two detached dwellinghouses and erection of detached dwellinghouse with ancillary annexe with associated landscaping and access (Amended Plans, Updated Ecology Report and Landscaped drawings)

Internal and external alterations to dwellinghouse. External alterations include: removal of 2 timber sheds, summerhouse, stone bench and garden stone wall. Erection of a timber-clad studio for use as ancillary office, bike and garden store, provision of landscaping thereto including a telescope stand and one mounted CCTV camera. Provision of one free-standing CCTV camera. Erection of a timber fence to the western boundary of the site over existing stone wall to a maximum height of 1.5 metres.
